We reply
By WhatsApp, phone or email within one working day, with availability for the days you asked for and which funded hours apply to your child’s date of birth.
You visit
Stay & Play on Monday 10:00–11:30, or a tour on a weekday of your choice.
We get to know your child
A conversation, a play-based observation and a look at any reports you already have.
You decide
If it is right for everyone, you register (£75), agree sessions in writing and we plan settling-in at your child’s pace.
Questions parents ask
Why do you ask for a date of birth rather than an age?
Funded hours, the room your child joins and the Progress Check at 2 all depend on the exact birthday, and ages change between enquiry and start.
Can I request places for two or three children?
Yes. Use "Add another child" and tell us each child’s date of birth and needs. Siblings can attend on the same days.
Do I have to choose days now?
No. A rough idea helps us check availability. Children are eventually registered for at least two full days or three half-day sessions a week.
Is this a confirmed booking?
No. It is a request. A place is confirmed only after you visit, we assess your child and you register.
What if I am not sure about funded hours?
Choose "Not sure" and we will check your eligibility with you. Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Brent entitlements are all accepted.

Finding us
We are on William Close, off Windmill Lane, between the Uxbridge Road and the Grand Union Canal at Three Bridges, on the Hanwell and Southall border.
- Three drop-off and collection bays in front of the nursery
- Hanwell station (Elizabeth line) about three quarters of a mile
- Southall station just over a mile
- Buses to Three Bridges (Windmill Lane) and Iron Bridge (Uxbridge Road)
